The Restorer - Amanda Stevens The writing in this book is so full of imagery and beautiful descriptions that I felt like I was actually in the story. It's just so beautiful. I ended up highlighting multiple lines in the book that stuck out to me because of their beauty.Usually, I don't get creeped out by books, but this one gave me goosebumps and slight paranoia. I loved it. Especially the part where Shani's ghost draws a heart on Amelia's frosty window. Can you say creepy?!This book was a great "whodunit." I wasn't really expecting it to be one when I decided to read it, but I ended up really liking it. I had my guesses but found myself surprised at the outstanding ending of the story. The only thing that bothered me was Amelia's "relationship" with Devlin. It got a bit old after hearing her say I can't be with him because of his ghosts. I must listen to Papa's rules. I must, but I wont, a million times in the book. But nonetheless, I adored this book and can't wait for the next one.
